Using PaleoPAL from the web interface

Prerequisites

You must have PaleoPAL installed with properly indexed libraries. If you haven’t done so yet, please follow the installation instructions before proceeding.

Accessing the web interface

Navigate to the PaleoPAL folder on your computer. Make sure Docker is installed and running, then execute the following command in your terminal:

docker compose up -d

To access the PaleoPAL web interface, open your web browser and navigate to the URL where PaleoPAL is hosted. The URL should be http://localhost:3000.
