6.1.2 Data description

ice phase deuterium data (\(\delta\)D) from Jouzel et al. (2007). \(\delta\)D is a proxy for the temperature of snow formation above the site, taken to be representative of Antartic temperature over such timescales.

gas phase CO2 measurements from Luthi et al (2008), corrected by Bereiter et al. (2015).
